I tried the special sauce at Hot Cajun Crawfish and was pleasantly surprised — it has a unique garlic-orange flavor that’s light, not too salty, and really easy to enjoy. The crawfish were live and fresh, straight from Louisiana, which made a big difference in taste and texture. Service and workflow were a bit slow, but totally understandable for a new small business still getting settled. Overall, solid 5+ stars from me. Excited to come back again!
